Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion including cases involving suspected fraud, stock issues or pricing errors.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original packaging with all hygiene seals and tags intact. Swimwear items cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping fees and non refundable charges are excluded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery including photos of the item so we can assist.

6. Promotional Offers & Free Gifts

Eligibility

Free gifts or promotional offers are only valid when the order meets the minimum spend required for that promotion.

Returns Affecting Eligibility

If items are returned and the remaining order value falls below the promotional threshold the free gift must also be returned.

Non Returned Gifts

If the free gift is not returned the retail value of the item will be deducted from the refund.

Limitations

Only one promotional gift may be claimed per qualifying order. Free gifts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Offers are valid while stocks last.
